Abandoned stray puppy chasing police officer down the street hanging on his feet asks to adopt him

Mercado and Tavera, two committed officers from the Los Angeles Police Department’s Hollywood Division, were patrolling the streets of Los Angeles when they came upon a tiny puppy on Hobart Boulevard. The pup had been thrown on the streets, alone and without someone to look after him.

As the small creature spotted two officers, he knew they would be able to aid him. He hurriedly chased them down the street, pleading for aid. To gain their attention, he trotted after them and cried beautifully. The two officers recognized at that point that they couldn’t resist the poor little sweetie.

They took the pup immediately away and drove him to their police cruiser. He couldn’t stop snuggling and looking with admiration at the officers on the way over. His tiny heart was brimming with love for his saviors.

The puppy was escorted to the police station, where he was treated with warmth and care by loving officers. They decided to call him Hobart after the place where they initially spotted him.

Everyone decided to hand Hobart up to a shelter to find him a new home because he was plainly longing for someone to love and protect him. Mercado, on the other hand, decided to adopt him in the end. He wished to make him the happiest puppy on the earth.

Hobart is now happily living with his beloved owner, which makes us very pleased. He now has a happy home and a loving father, which he deserves after everything that has transpired.
