In an abandoned animal shelter in the state of Alabama (USA), a nice little dog named Speck had been waiting for for a year and a half for a loving human to take him home, giving him all the love what he needed.
Every time someone went by his cage, the dog would rise up with his muzzle in the midst of the bars and give his small paw as a hello . Everyone stopped to give him two hugs and “shake his paw”.
Bullock County Humane Society director Desiray Miracle-Wilder said it was almost difficult not to stop and say hello to this cute and well-meaning little dog. One day, probably feeling particularly creative, Desiray decided to capture this unusual incident with his phone.
Speck looks through the bars of his cage, as with his small paw he attempts to come in touch with the director from the shelter. The video reached hundreds of internet users and also managed to reach Speck’s future family .
The wounds on Speck’s muzzle did not alter his docile and kind temperament, despite he had to suffer in his life before ending up in the shelter, the small dog remained very trusting towards man and his only worry was to touch someone’s heart.
This sympathetic video attracted the attention of Allie’s Hope For Paws Dog Rescue , who linked Speck’s shelter with the future family. As the video was released, certainly, Speck’s adoption requests flooded in… Now the small dog may finally joyfully romp around a farm with Mike’s family and two other four-legged buddies!
