Bonded Pair Surrendered When Their Owner Hospitalized And Hoping Someone Will Save Them

Rocky and his devoted little companion Tom were taken to the Carson Shelter in California while their owner was sick. Unfortunately, the dogs have been imprisoned and separated for almost a month. They are puzzled and afraid.
